I created 'The PHYSIO Method' coaching programme. It has 6 core pillars that are backed by science to train smarter, not harder.

P - Physiology-led Planning
Rooted in science, not guesswork. I take a thorough medical, injury and training history. Your training is the designed specifically for you and your individual needs tailored to achieving your goals.​
H - Hormone Intelligence
For the females, we look at your menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause. You'll learn about how hormones impact your training, performance, energy, and injury risk - and how to use that insight to your advantage.
Y - You
Running should be fun and not all consuming. You can achieve BIG goals without sacrificing everything else. I work with you to create a training plan that works around your lifestyle, goals and energy levels. Your plan is for you, it's not a generic 'off the shelf' plan.
S - Strength
Strength is the KEY to injury prevention, and running faster and further. Running alone is NOT enough. I will incorporate either home or gym based strength training into your plan.
I - Injury Prevention
Run with confidence using proven physio-led strategies to avoid common injuries. If you are getting any discomfort or niggles you can contact me to discuss and resolve them quickly to avoid a potential more significant injury.
O - Optimal Recovery
Fuel smarter. Sleep deeper. Recover faster. Reduce burnout and feel energised again.

Initial consultation on Zoom or phone to discuss your goals and where you are at with training and life

A bespoke training plan delivered weekly (so that it can adapted based on feedback and your changing life schedule. It also prevents fear and overwhelm from seeing the overall plan I have in mind).

Combined Run & Strength Training - because strength training is so crucial to injury prevention

One to one WhatsApp support - regular check-ins via the training app and WhatsApp/Text to get any queries answered quickly.

Regular Zoom calls to discuss anything related to your training and goals and to keep you motivated and on track
